CHI Health and Medical Group Enterpriseis seeking a BE/BCFamily Medicine Physicianto join our multi-practice healthcare system. This opportunity is well suited for an Internal Medicine Physician that thrives in a fast paced environment with passion to deliver quality patient care to all ages.

• Outpatient Practice
• Full specialty support
• 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
• EPIC EMR
• Limited telephone call only; including after hours nurse triage line
• Superb support staff of experienced providers nurses and administration

$250,000.00 - $290,000.00 /year
