Job description

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a top-tier client in the fleet management industry. This is not a typical call center role-our clients expect a high level of service, and we deliver. You'll be part of a dynamic account team, handling everything from driver inquiries to internal stakeholder communication. If you're resourceful, professional, and thrive on problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary support for account managers and fleet drivers.
  • Handle
  • high-volume emails and cases
  • with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with vehicle ordering, billing changes, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates.
  • Resolve unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles) and educate drivers on future services.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls and ensure all data is accurately documented in the system.
  • Utilize internal systems and tools such as Excel (including VLOOKUP) and Salesforce.
  • Multi-task efficiently while entering customer information in real time.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of office-based customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to type 40 WPM and pass an Excel test (basic pivot tables).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred (
  • not required)
  • Fleet Management experience is a PLUS (
  • not required
  • Shift :

  • Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM
  • Breaks : 1-hour lunch (unpaid) + two 15-minute breaks

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
