Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, located in Morris, IL is looking for a full time Behavior-Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to join our amazing team  providing essential therapy services to children.

Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) is a mission-driven Autism Learning Center founded by a BCBA. We provide high-quality, compassionate ABA and Speech Therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities, blending proven strategies with genuine connection.

What Does a Behavior Technician Do at UABL?

At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are more than just staff—they are mentors, encouragers, and advocates. Working 1 : 1 with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities, BTs / RBTs use the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help each child reach meaningful milestones.

You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team of BCBAs, clinical leaders, and fellow techs in a center-based setting, where the focus is on progress, compassion, and connection.
