A company is looking for a Manager - Accounts Payable to lead and evolve their accounts payable function in a fast-growing, multi-state environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements
Develop and manage a small Accounts Payable team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership responsibility preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience managing accounts payable operations in a high-growth environment
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with NetSuite and iPayables preferred
Experience in construction, telecom, or infrastructure-related payables preferred
