Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc . is offering unpaid and paid internship opportunities for students who are currently pursuing their masters degree in an approved collegiate higher education program. The internships may be in Addictions / SUD, Outpatient or School-based settings. Opportunities exist allowing students to pursue a dual licensure track for both mental health and SUD.
Internships area available for Spring 2025 and may be located in the following counties / (cities) : Boone (Lebanon); Hendricks (Avon); Marion (Indianapolis), Montgomery (Crawfordsville); and Putnam (Greencastle) County.
Essential Job Functions :
Services provided as part of an internship experience occur under the supervision of a Licensed Professional or a QBHP and are driven by the treatment plan of the person served. Life Skills Associates follow best practice treatment models within a Recovery-based perspective that is intended to promote resiliency, optimal community participation, and eventual independence from ongoing professional behavioral health support.
