RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestonesTrack project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectivesSupport integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignmentAnalyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependenciesEnsure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reportsSupport risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimizationREQUIREMENTS
TS / SCI clearance required , including additional security screeningsFull Performance : High school diploma / GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Level : High school diploma / GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 yearsExpert / Master Level : High school diploma / GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 yearsExperience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programsProficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platformsStrong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependenciesAnalytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gapsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teamsExperience supporting federal or intelligence community projectsCertification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP)Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM)Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planningJoin a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
