Join Point Solutions Group's Federal Services Team in supporting a major effort for an IC customer in the Herndon area. We are looking for a Scheduler / Program Planner to join the Bobcat program, an integration and modernization effort for several legacy communications and data management platforms. Candidates must have an active TS / SCI and current CI Polygraph in order to be considered, and be able to work on-site at the prime contractor's facility in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain, and manage the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using a combination of standard and agile methodologies.
Perform both probabilistic and deterministic risk analysis to assess schedule performance and identify areas of concern.
Identify critical and driving paths, perform network logic validation and deconfliction, and develop solutions to resolve schedule conflicts.
Conduct regular integrity checks on networked schedules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with program and customer requirements.
Utilize scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Open Plan to build and maintain schedules.
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to support program performance tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment with project deliverables and milestones.
Prepare and present schedule data, status updates, and risk assessments to leadership and customers.
Required Qualifications :
Active TS / SCI clearance with adjudicated CI Polygraph (required prior to start).
Proven experience supporting program schedule development using standard and agile methodologies.
Experience with networked schedules, critical path methodology, and schedule integrity checks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Open Plan or similar scheduling tools.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
