The Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the Facilities Director, is responsible for the functional upkeep of the foundation's facilities, grounds, and fleet. Opportunity Foundation's fleet is essential in transporting our clients and staff and should be well maintained. The underlying approach to achieving this objective is based on preventative maintenance and constant analysis.

The Maintenance Technician must be able to work as a team as well as individually at times. They must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable and flexible to change. They must always remain calm and professional and possess quick decision-making skills and good judgment.
