The role primarily involves outpatient care at a nursing home with an option for a 4-day work week, along with competitive compensation and benefits. Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, MO is recruiting for an additional Family Medicine physician. This is a Monday - Friday position with a 4-day work week available if you choose. This is primarily a outpatient position rounding in a new 90 bed nursing home on the clinic campus. You will join another FM provider who also does surgical OB. Procedures are welcomed if desired. Opening is due to retirement of a physician.
Hospital Employee, Outpatient with call. Telephone Consultation with 1 : 7 Call Ratio. Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and $4,000 available. Teaching avaiilable. 22 days PTO plus 6 holidays. Community is located minutes from Stockton Lake - a Top 5 Sailing lake in the US as well as Pomme de Terre Lake and Truman Lake, providing easy opportunities to Social Distance in your daily living while having a fulfilling practice but only 25 minutes from Springfield Branson National Airport!. Physician Satisfaction is top 10% in the country, Physician Turnover less than 3%, independently owned and operated $270,000 salary guarantee. $50,000 Sign On Bonus.
