Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and design onboarding, compliance, and skills-based training programs
Manage certification programs and develop career path frameworks to support employee progression
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in IT or technical services
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training
Experience using LMS systems and eLearning tools
Familiarity with compliance training and technical certification programs
Working knowledge of AI tools to enhance learning efficiency
