Job Description

This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Engineering, Senior Leadership, and Product Management. The successful candidate will be a skilled Program Manager with accountability for overseeing and driving technical programs across OCI and Oracle; this is a highly visible role that requires technical depth, strong program management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Technical Program Manager you will

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple business critical projects for the OCI DNS business. Drive continuous improvements of programs and processes.

Project Planning : Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery of projects.

Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Project Management : Oversee all phases of project, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Support various rhythm of business activities such as weekly operational reviews, monthly business reviews, and roadmap planning

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
