This position is the first point of contact for customers requesting mobile automotive services. This role is responsible for scheduling mobile service appointments, coordinating technician routes, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, seamless experience from booking to service completion . Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries to schedule mobile automotive service appointments.
- Coordinate and optimize mobile automotive technician schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.
- Verify customer and vehicle information to ensure service accuracy.
- Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups with customers.
- Collaborate with service managers and technicians to address scheduling conflicts or special requests.
- Maintain accurate records in the companys CRM or scheduling system.
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
Required Qualifications :
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with scheduling or CRM softwareAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.Proficient phone skillsPreferred Qualifications :
1+ year of experience in customer service call center, automotive service scheduling, or dispatch coordination.Experience in the automotive industry or with mobile service operations.Familiarity with basic automotive terminology.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Full-Time Benefits :
