Litigation Attorney (Pennington)

Robert Halfs client is urgently seeking a Licensed Attorney to provide interim legal support focused on recovering funds from auto and workers compensation insurance carriers. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in healthcare and / or workers compensation litigation and familiarity with New Jersey insurance regulations.

Location : Pennington, New Jersey (on-site)

Duration : 4+ months

Rate : $75+ / hour (DOE)

Hours : M-F; EST business hours

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead litigation efforts to recover unpaid or denied claims from auto and workers compensation insurers
• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Represent the organization in court proceedings and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with internal legal, billing, and claims teams to resolve complex disputes
• Analyze insurance policies, medical records, and legal documentation
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with New Jersey legal standards
