A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-level support for end-user software and hardware issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level response to IT Service Desk technical support requests
Support enterprise end users with Office 365 Cloud Services and provide remote support for telecommuters
Proactively monitor system performance alerts and manage Service Desk tickets through to resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of related IT technical support experience
Extensive knowledge of Windows environments, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Experience with Active Directory
Strong customer service skills
