Inquiry Journeys, our elementary social studies curriculum, is now used in schools and districts in 30+ states to help students develop deep social studies content knowledge and the inquiry skills that are essential for a thriving democracy. Implementation Success Managers (ISMs) ensure inquirED's district partners experience the impact of inquirED's products, as well as renew and expand their contracts, by providing implementation services and monitoring the health of the partnership. Implementation services include development of strategic implementation plans, data analysis, and selection and facilitation of professional development sessions. ISMs thought-partner with district leaders, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to overcome barriers and leverage successes. In addition to managing a portfolio of partners across states, ISMs support the sales team with new business. ISMs provide services virtually and in person.

Requirements :

• 2+ years experience driving systems-level change at the district level
• Experience designing and facilitating professional development for adults
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Customer success experience preferred

Why Work For Us

The base compensation range for this role is $84,600-$103,400. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience. Must be U.S. based.
