Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Associate with 4+ years of experience , ideally with a focus on construction litigation and related commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a litigation caseload independently, while also contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented practice group.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of construction-related litigation in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Advise clients on risk management, contract disputes, and project-related claims
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation strategies
