Privacy and Data Protection Manager

A company is looking for a Privacy and Data Protection Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Drive privacy compliance across the organization, including conducting risk assessments and recommending remediation measures

Manage the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Ensure alignment with applicable regulations by maintaining documentation and providing guidance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or legal roles, preferably in a global SaaS or technology company

Hands-on experience with GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA / CPRA, HIPAA, and other privacy frameworks

Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and compliance monitoring

Familiarity with IT systems, data mapping, and core security concepts

Preferred : Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and relevant certifications such as CIPP / US, CIPP / EU, or CIPP / C
