Affiliate and Social Commerce Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic, sales- and detail-oriented social commerce and marketplace manager to join our fast growing team!

What You'll Own :

Creator & Affiliate Marketing (Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop)

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators through Amazon Creator Connections and TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
• Support creators with product seeding, brand briefs, and real-time campaign support
• Track and optimize performance metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI) to improve program efficiency
• Develop and distribute creative briefing materials to align creators with brand voice and strategy
• Work closely with internal Marketing Team & TikTok Team to leverage top performing affiliates across the beauty space as well as brand partners
