What Your Role Looks Like
You’ll enjoy a flexible and dynamic schedule that may include :
Rounding at local dialysis centers
Daytime hospital coverage
Outpatient clinic visits
You’ll collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who are committed to delivering personalized, expert kidney care from hospital treatment to transplant support to long-term dialysis management.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring :
A master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
Strong competencies in advanced assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and pharmacotherapeutics
Ability to evaluate patient health, conduct exams, take medical histories, and develop evidence-based care plans
Commitment to accurate, confidential medical documentation
A passion for improving outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life
New graduates are welcome! Training is provided!
Benefits
Base salary : Competitive
Bonus : 10% of net collections
Paid Time Off : 12 PTO days your first year + 5 sick days
Paid Holidays : 8 annually
