Director of Governance Risk Compliance

A company is looking for a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and direct an enterprise-wide GRC program to support growth and security

Lead and manage a team of GRC Analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Oversee the organization's risk management strategy and direct the TPRM program

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Information Security and Technology focused on GRC

Hands-on experience with GRC tooling integration and automation

Expert knowledge of key regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)

CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification

Strong business acumen with experience aligning security initiatives with business needs
