Job descriptionLead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to deliver gold-standard care for every resident. Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring each neighborhood Skilled, Assisted Living, and Memory Care runs smoothly and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate on resident assessments, individualized care plans, and ongoing quality assurance initiatives. Guide and educate staff on best practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and professional development for the clinical team. Communicate with families compassionately advocate for resident needs, answer questions, and offer support. Drive innovative projects to enhance resident wellness, safety, and dignity. Step up as acting DON when needed, and partner closely with leadership to shape community-wide clinical strategy.
