Overview

Business Tax Services – Passthrough Transactions Group Consulting – Senior at EY. Location : Anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Work in small groups on projects with internal or external clients.
• Collaborate with national subject matter professionals in the design and execution of complex, large-scale partnership transactions for significant clients.
• Develop an understanding of Subchapter K, partnership modeling, and joint venture structuring.
• Work with National Tax Department (NTD) Managers, Senior Managers, Partners / Principals on on-call consulting opportunities, write Tax Alerts and Developments, and teach courses.
• Gain experience in structuring partnership transactions and build broad knowledge in Subchapter K to support Advisory Services practices.
