Join our team as a Senior Financial Accountant, where you'll lead valuable accounting functions and support broader general ledger accuracy through strong month-end close execution, analysis, and collaboration. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our financials and creating bandwidth for higher-level reporting and process improvements.

Primary Accounting Functions

• Journal Entries and Accruals Prepare and post recurring and ad hoc journal entries, ensuring accuracy, appropriate documentation, and alignment with company policy and accounting standards.
• Account Reconciliations Own and maintain assigned balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of variances and strong supporting documentation. Review and provide feedback on reconciliations prepared by staff accountants, helping ensure consistency and adherence to internal standards.
• Close Activities Lead assigned responsibilities during the monthly close cycle, including ledger updates, schedule preparation, variance analysis, and coordination with stakeholders to meet internal deadlines.
• Analytical Support Analyze account activity and trends to flag irregularities, recommend corrections, and support variance explanations for internal and external reporting.
• Compliance and Controls Maintain a clear audit trail for all assigned work, support internal and external audit requests, and contribute to process documentation
