Accountant

Rancho Cordova, CA (Onsite)

Are you looking to join a wonderful small team as the main accountant supporting with payroll processing? Do you have experience being an accounting leader and using QuickBooks online? We are looking for a wonderful Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper for an excellent opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role could be either a direct hire opportunity or a contract-to-hire. It was be perfect for someone with at least 5 years of accounting experience, payroll processing experience, and QuickBooks online software experience. Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) accounting

Process payroll accurately and on schedule

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting

Maintain and update QuickBooks Online records

Support tax preparation and liaise with external accountants

Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar role

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Strong understanding of payroll processing and related regulations

Solid knowledge of AP, AR, and GL accounting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication skills

Pay Details : $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
