Operations Supervisor

For example, we have recently implemented 25 next-day hubs in our network to provide immediate, essential services for our customers overnight. Shift : Tuesday-Saturday, 2 : 00am-12 : 00pm (noon)

Salary : $65,000-$80,000

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

• Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment (preferably within the LTL industry)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
• High aptitude for technology
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
