We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to provide vital financial insights and support strategic decision-making within the food and food processing industry. Based in Santa Ana, California, this role focuses on enhancing reporting capabilities and developing data-driven solutions using advanced tools like Excel, Power BI, and FP& A software.

Responsibilities :

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple business units.
• Create and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel techniques, including Power Query and pivot tables.
• Design and manage Power BI dashboards to present key performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, margins, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support strategic initiatives.
• Compile and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
• Perform scenario modeling, variance analysis, and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Support data integration efforts with FP& A systems and tools to streamline reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP& A experience, including at least 3 years in the food and consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Proficient in Power BI for data modeling and dashboard creation.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with FP& A software such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and consumer processes is preferred.
