Provides leadership and direction to optimize the digital experience to inspire philanthropy and deepen donor engagement in support of Children's. Manages the online donor journey across web, email and other platforms to ensure a seamless, personalized and inspiring donor experience. Maintains deep understanding and utilizes fundraising systems to drive online revenue. Leads and manages technical team serving entire Foundation while working closely with Marketing, Database, Gift Processing and Finance teams to ensure alignment / consistency with system communication and accuracy / integrity of online donors and transactions.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relationships, team-building, customer service, and problem-solving

Executes digital fundraising programs to grow revenue through online donations, event registrations, peer-to-peer fundraising, and e-mail campaigns.Maintains deep understanding and utilizes digital fundraising systems to maximize web user experience and online donor engagement.Utilizes template creation, web design, web analytic reporting, HTML, CSS, mobile design optimization, and other key web tools.Collaborates and partners with teams such as Database Management, Gift Processing, and Finance to ensure accuracy and integrity of online donors and transactions via database systems.Leads and manages technical team serving the digital revenue generating needs of the entire Foundation.Collaborates and partners with Marketing, Web, and Social Media teams to create fundraising opportunities and consistent messaging alignment across all online and social vehicles.Conducts research, analyzes data, and utilizes market information to guide the development, recommendation, and implementation of digital engagement and fundraising plans.Manages progress of projects, removes obstacles and anticipates and addresses hurdles to complete all assigned tasks within specified timeframes.Ensures quality control and timely updates of all materials, including the website.Develops, tracks, and achieves annual goals for revenue and other targets across the online environment while minimizing costs.Maintains expert knowledge of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.Supports and encourages staff professional development by communicating with peers in other organizations to generate new fundraising ideas.Participates in educational programs, professional organizations, and development activities to maintain knowledge of national trends and stay abreast of new e-technologies to promote leading edge performance.Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including : interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.Mentor team members to encourage personal and professional growth.Encourage ongoing skill development by providing opportunities for continued education.Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic covered by applicable law.
