Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Website Experience Manager to enhance customer journey and support through effective web initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design for new website features and ensure adherence to brand standards
Oversee technical project delivery, including backlog management and cross-functional tracking
Monitor site performance and implement continuous optimization strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in web experience management, UX design, or digital product management
Proficiency in Figma for UX / UI design and prototyping
Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript libraries
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like HubSpot or WordPress
Bachelor's degree in UX / UI Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
