Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager, preferably in food services but open to strong leaders who have led in other roles. ROOM TO GROW!

We need a strong leader to handle the following duties.

Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics.

Implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in a GM, Operations, or leadership role.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Track record of managing budgets and driving operational results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience preferred.

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
