Key Responsibilities
- Finding, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads
- Conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire
- Scheduling and deploying the Team correctly
- Addressing performance issues
- Managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
