International Tax Services Manager

Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As part of the Financial Services Global Structuring team, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality, leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining project success and upholding standards. The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
