Virtualization Engineer - Active TS / SCI with CI POLY

As a Virtualization Engineer supporting the Government, you will be responsible for physical / virtual platforms, server build deployments, server virtualization, hyperconverged platforms, etc.

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Design and build virtual environment service models including Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements for the virtualization of and distribution of applications : automating manual processes, optimizing delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability Designs, implements, and maintains VMWare vSphere virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and vSAN.
• Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops system architecture and system design documentation Interacts with the Government regarding technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
