Human Resources Manager
Our client, a manufacturing organization in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their team. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development. This key leadership role will act as a coach, trusted advisor and partner to the organization. The HR Manager acts as a link between management and employees, fostering a positive work culture and supporting business growth.
This role will be located in Glen Mills, PA with a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite.
Responsibilities
- Coaching – Acts as a leadership coach to the functional management team and business leaders, enabling the delivery of key business results, partnering with managers in their role to drive and foster employee engagement and a positive culture.
- Resource Management – Develops and delivers our recruitment and brand strategy that attracts top talent to meet the needs of the business. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Talent Management - Working with the business leaders to implement and sustain succession planning for specific business unit(s). Lead succession planning process and talent reviews across the business.
- Development – Partners with O&LD to develop strategy for employee training and development and execute the plan in support of business needs. Provided input to O&LD to identify training needs, supports learning initiatives, both locally and globally. Partners with managers as they create development plans, supports successful implementation and completion of these plans.
- Performance Management - Assures the effective implementation of the performance development review process / system at all locations. Provides training and coaching to managers where required to support effective performance management across the business.
- Policies & Procedures - Collaborates with Human Resource leaders to provide direct support in the design and development of employee policies, practices and procedures to provide effective, consistent and proactive strategies for employee staffing, reward, recognition and personal development based upon company operating environment principles and sustaining high employee satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits – Working with the Total Rewards team, implement strategies that effectively attract and retain talent and reward performance within the business. Drive wellness initiatives in line with our corporate philosophy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, or the equivalent level of related work experience. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.8 –10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4–5 years in a corporate executive office or HR business partner / management role.Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR metrics.Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leadership and employees at all levels.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex HR situations.Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
