The Company is in search of a visionary and hands-on leader to take on the role of Head of Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering. This pivotal position is responsible for the entire AI / ML lifecycle, from research and algorithmic innovation to scalable production deployment. The successful candidate will lead and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and define operational models that optimize delivery. Strategic ownership of the machine learning lifecycle, alignment of AI / ML strategy with business goals, and driving an R&D agenda are key aspects of the role. The Head will also be involved in technical delivery, including the architecture and scaling of MLOps infrastructure, and will stay abreast of emerging trends in ML, AI, and GenAI. Applicants for the Head of Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering position at the company should possess a proven track record in leading both research-focused and production-focused teams.
