Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health by : cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships with an assigned set of customers; providing new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations; identifying upselling opportunities; overseeing assigned medical products and distribution customers; bridging relationships between customer supply chain teams and internal Cardinal Health teams; supporting customer expectations and requirements; preventing order disruption; resolving open order issues; advocating for customer and partner across servicing teams; tracking, measuring, and reporting key performance indicators; identifying opportunities for process improvement; and building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships with customers.
Qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 2-4 years of professional experience; strong knowledge of MS Office applications; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; highly motivated and able to work effectively within a team; strong communication skills; and ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
What is expected of you and others at this level includes : applying working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities; working on projects of moderate scope and complexity; identifying possible solutions to technical problems; applying judgment within defined parameters; receiving general guidance; and work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
Anticipated salary range : $57,000.00 - $81,600.00. Bonus eligible : No.
