Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales appointments, and support our sales and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidates with experience using ServiceTitan are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, leads, or appointment confirmations.
• Schedule sales appointments efficiently using ServiceTitan software.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers regarding services and products.
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer communication.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
