Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a national alternative dispute resolution company, to hire a Case Manager for their San Jose office. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote). The Case Manager will support Mediators in all aspects of case management, ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of matters while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned legal cases and ensure compliance with companies policies and procedures.
Work directly with Mediators, attorneys, and clients to move cases forward efficiently.
Draft, review, and process case-related documents.
Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate case files, and provide updates to all stakeholders.
Communicate with clients, counsel, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
Support scheduling, hearings, and arbitration preparation.
Qualifications
2-4 years of legal experience (litigation support, paralegal, legal assistant, or legal secretary experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the litigation process, civil procedure, and legal terminology.
Background in civil litigation, family law, or immigration law highly valued.
Ability to adapt to the demands of a busy desk and work with diverse personalities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Degree preferred but not required.
Ability to meet compliance standards in a highly regulated environment.
