Salary 42,000 - 50,000 USD per year

Requirements :

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree plus at least one year retail management experience or two to four years retail management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • General knowledge of apparel products.
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and motivate a team to increase moral, sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Train store staff by reviewing orientation to products and sales training materials.
  • Deliver weekly training sessions.
  • Review staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager.
  • Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  • Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels.
  • Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
  • Help customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, and completing payment transactions.
