Salary 42,000 - 50,000 USD per year
Requirements :
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree plus at least one year retail management experience or two to four years retail management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- General knowledge of apparel products.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate a team to increase moral, sales and ensure efficiency.
- Train store staff by reviewing orientation to products and sales training materials.
- Deliver weekly training sessions.
- Review staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager.
- Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
- Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels.
- Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
