Outdoor Living Sales Team Leader

The Role :

We are seeking an individual to head up our outdoor living sales team. The person accountable for this would work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee all homeowner fence and deck sales at CFD. We are shooting to triple our revenue in the next few years, and we need someone who can work with and coach our sales team in the right areas so that the revenue will be there. The Sales and Marketing Manager will ultimately be accountable for the strategy, and you will be accountable for the implementation of that strategy and working hands-on with the people in the sales department.

Cascade Fence and Deck has been around for 28 years, but we are basically in start-up mode as of the last 10 years. This means you'll likely wear several hats and be building many things from scratch. If you're comfortable getting thrown to the wolves, and taking ownership beyond your day-to-day duties, you'll fit in just fine with us.

In this Job, your 5 main roles will be...

• Be the best boss your direct reports have ever had.
• Total Sold / Sales of the team
• Developing your direct reports
• Maintaining the best customer experience our customers have ever seen
• The sales cycle length and how smooth the sales process is from customers initial phone call to sale sold.
• And whatever else is needed.

Compensation :

For this role we have $90k - $140k budgeted but arn't afraid to stray outside that range if need be. We aren't scared to pay you what you're making now. We don't know you yet and believe that in short order you will prove that you're worth more than you are currently making, and we are excited to compensate you accordingly.
