A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers, supporting other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
Manage daily case responses to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction are met
Configure Workday pay components and support the year-end process, including troubleshooting audit reports
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax and W-2 support
