AI BDR Manager

A company is looking for an AI BDR Manager (Outbound).

Key Responsibilities

Build and own the AI agent for outbound outreach and cold calling

Design and deploy outbound agents that automate and scale personalized outreach across channels

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on outbound strategy, metrics, and process

Required Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience in B2B outbound (BDR Ops, RevOps, Growth, or Sales Automation)

Expert understanding of outbound outreach and AI-powered outbound campaigns

Demonstrated experience building or managing AI-assisted outbound workflows

Proven track record improving email deliverability and meeting rates at scale

Experience building or deploying AI BDR systems and familiarity with orchestration tools
