Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of Aquaveo products and services
- Ensure day-to-day functions of the sales and marketing team are seamless
- Help fulfill software sales orders including data entry, troubleshooting, and shipping
- Manage customer databases
- Assist the Sales / Marketing group with advertising and marketing activities tasks as assigned
- Light bookkeeping with QuickBooks
- Follow-up on accounts receivables due
- Provide backup of software license management and troubleshooting
- Other duties as specified by supervisor
- Answering phones and assisting customers (software licensing, general reception, etc.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Ability to learn new software, programs, and processes quickly
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and maintain good relationships
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Word Processing and Data Entry using Word, Excel & Google Docs, Sheets
- Detail-oriented with attention to process and time management
- Previous knowledge of bookkeeping with QuickBooks helpful, but not required
Salary Range
Depends on experience (full-time position, 40 hours / week, regular office hours)
