Job Overview : The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued clients.
This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, customer service excellence, sales acumen, and task management skills to ensure our clients receive outstanding support and service.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with MSP services and the ability to discuss technical issues competently with clients.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting network environments.
Desired Skills :
- Strong task management and organizational skills.
- Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer service orientation with a knack for building rapport with clients.
