This position supports Mesa's SDC business. Our Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures and sells biological and chemical indicators that assess the effectiveness of sterilization and disinfection processes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries.
Job Summary
The Associate Manager for Spore Strip Packaging and PCD Manufacturing cells is responsible for directing and optimizing operations within these specialized production areas. This role focuses on scheduling work, coordinating resources, training team members, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing. The Associate Manager acts as a technical resource and collaborates across departments to meet production goals and enhance capability.

Experience / Education
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a manufacturing environment with 1 - 2 years of team leadership or project management experience.
Knowledge & Skillsets Required
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for tracking production metrics. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
