A company is looking for a temporary Product Counsel attorney with experience in advising online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance to product teams on product development and launch issues

Draft terms of service, legal memos, product policies, and procedural playbooks

Collaborate with support teams to offer legal guidance to business partners

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience advising online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms

Experience with marketing and rewards programs

Familiarity with financial services consumer protection laws and regulations

Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws and evolving AI regulations

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
