Job descriptionRegistered Nurse Clinical Coordinator candidates for the Progressive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications : Registered Nurse Bachelors Degree in Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date ACLS with 30 days of hire NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire Candidate must have previous Charge Nurse experience to be considered

Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator - Progressive Care Unit
RN CLIN COORD - PCU
Full-Time NIGHTS
Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator candidates for the Progressive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities :
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
