Required Skills & Experience

Mid-Level (5-7 yrs of experience)

Exposure with multiple state jurisdiction / codes

Industrial Experience (outside of the building) - speck industrials, warehouse development, hospital work

PE (Professional Eng License)

Land Development Experience

Mission Critical or Data Center
