About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the evolution of existing client relationships, driving engagement, and optimizing outcomes through a consultative and strategic approach. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance sales, particularly in the retail and specialty markets, and the ability to engage at the executive level. The VP of Client Experience will be tasked with creating demand for targeted solution outcomes, monitoring account performance metrics, and establishing key relationships that focus on growth and expansion opportunities.
Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in insurance distribution. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple complex programs, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. Experience in contract processes, change management, and the ability to work in a remote, decentralized organization are essential. The VP will be expected to be proactive in engaging with clients, resolving issues, and providing best practice recommendations. Analytical and quantitative skills are also required for creating and tracking client reporting on OKRs. The ideal candidate will be a creative, outside-the-box thinker, and fluent in Microsoft Office tools and solutioning tools.
