History

Since its founding in 2018, Agility has made significant strides in the ad tech industry. Initially founded to serve the programmatic needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), Agility identified a gap in the market in 2021 for an enterprise-grade advertising platform.

This insight led to a strategic pivot, defining a new space in the ad tech industry : Precision Advertising.

This evolution transformed Agility into a high-growth tech company and enabled a round of venture funding. Agility is now the leader in precision advertising technology.

Culture is something we obsess about and believe is foundational to all of our success. Everyone here is striving to do the best work of their lives but allowed to make mistakes and learn and grow at the same time.

These three cultural pillars are our secret sauce.

  • We are people-first
  • We work smart
  • We take extreme ownership of our work

Every process, policy, and plan in our organization is viewed through this lens, and we leverage these pillars to drive our business forward.

Our customers are people, and we put them first, work smart on their behalf, and take extreme ownership of their business outcomes.

The customer experience drives our strategy, roadmap, and expectations of ourselves. We thrive on customer interaction as we seek to understand their unique needs.

We recognize the rare opportunity for growth that is in front of us, and we are thrilled at the prospect of bringing on talented, smart, and driven team members to be a part of it!
