Salary : $68,640 per year

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager :

• Solicits new and existing accounts to meet / exceed revenue goals. Method of sales may include, but are not limited to : telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, sales presentations, property tours, customer meetings, travel to key markets, and written correspondence.
• Prepares written correspondence to customers, internal booking reports, and ensures proper maintenance of sales files.
• Prepares reports such as annual sales plan, monthly sales report, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts, etc.
• Participates in and may conduct meetings such as but not limited to : staff meetings, daily business review, pre-convention and yield management.
• Works with other departments within the resort to provide quality service to customers.
• Attends trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.
• Responsible for attending training
• Monitors business volume and plans accordingly
• Regular and reliable attendance.
